Background
Chelsea started chel-belle in 2014 as a grassroots fashion brand after spending her 20s modeling and wearing many hats on no-budget film productions.
With her partner, she provided production, design, writing, and directing for Airship Wendigo, a steampunk performers collective that spans across New England. After relocating to Portland, Oregon, she decided to combine her production background with her love for fashion and kept the party going by reviving the Brass Screw Fashion Show in Port Townsend in 2019. Chelsea has showcased her work at multiple community events and has hosted several panels on her varied experiences in the world of fashion and production. |
